Guess what! The time has officially come! We are proud to announce that over 95% of your Cling nanoMAT rewards have now been shipped and are currently flying around the world en route to your locations!
TRACKING YOUR REWARDS
Again, we've teamed up with the friendly folks over at BackerKit to make tracking as simple as possible. Just click the link provided in the email that you recently received from Backerkit or log in to your BackerKit account using the link below. Once there, click on the ‘View Confirmation’ tab and then click on the tracking number located under the 'Track Your Package' heading. From there you’ll be able to view your tracking information.
The 'View Confirmation' button is located on the righthand side of your account homepage.
Your tracking number is located below the 'Track Your Package' heading.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is just an example set of instructions from our previous campaign to get you familiar with tracking your rewards using the BackerKit platform. The actual colours and experience may slightly differ.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
As with any other international shipment, the time it takes for goods to reach a particular destination is dependant upon a number of factors such as local customs regulations, postage services, shipping volumes, and methods of transportation used. Therefore, it is important to allow for adequate time before your items are received. In knowing this, the majority of you, if you haven't already, should expect to receive your rewards within 10-20 business days. If you haven't received your rewards within this timeframe we ask that your first check that you have filled out your BackerKit survey. If you have filled out your survey and are still having troubles please message us directly and we'll happily assist you further. Please DO NOT comment on the campaign page as this will slow response times.

Reward Fulfilment Update | Shipping Address Reminder | Projects We Love

Hey Backers!
We hope you've all been well. Below you'll find a quick project status update in regards to our current reward fulfilment progress and shipping addresses plus information on how to track your rewards.
SHIPPING OF CLING nanoMATS NOW 70% COMPLETED
We are extremely happy to announce that as it stands we have now fulfilled and shipped out approximately 70% of the Kickstarter Cling nanoMAT rewards. Whilst it has admittedly taken a little longer than first anticipated our current estimates now place all orders being fulfilled and shipped by the 6th of July. We sincerely apologise for the slight delay and thank you for your patience during this time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Additionally, if you require a change of address and do not currently see a tracking number when logging into your BackerKit accounts (process detailed below) please message us directly through Kickstarter and we’ll do our best to assist you further.

Hey everyone!
We hope you've all been well. Below you'll find a quick project status update in regards to the nanoMAT production, shipping addresses, reward fulfilment, and tracking your rewards.
PRODUCTION OF CLING nanoMATS COMPLETED
Firstly, we are super stoked to announce that the production of the Kickstarter Cling nanoMATS has now been completed and are extremely happy with the quality, adhesion, and functionality of the nanoMATS during our quality control testing. We can't wait to begin sending them out to you as soon as they are received by our fulfilment team!
SHIPPING ADDRESSES LOCKED DOWN
Moving forward, in anticipation of the rewards arriving at our fulfilment warehouse we have now locked down the shipping addresses in order to speed up the reward fulfilment process. This means from this point on you will NOT be able to change your details through the BackerKit platform. However, do note that if you urgently require an address change please make sure to contact us with your new information immediately and we’ll do our best to assist you further.
TRACKING YOUR REWARDS
Once the nanoMAT units have been received and rewards sent by our fulfilment team (TBA) you will be able to easily view the current status of your rewards simply by clicking the link provided in the email that you recently received from Backerkit or by accessing your BackerKit account using the link provided in the next update. As with our last nanoSTRIPS campaign, all you have to do from there is click on the ‘View Confirmation’ tab and then click on the tracking number located under the 'Track Your Package' heading.
