Hey Backers,
Hope you're all doing well. This is just a quick status update in regards to our current project progress, the new survey deadline, manufacturing and shipment tracking, and our decision to now accept pre-orders via Indiegogo.
SURVEY DEADLINE - EARLY JUNE
As you are probably all well aware the surveys have now been released for close to two weeks with 90% of the surveys being answered and ready for fulfilment. This is great news and it certainly makes the task of reward fulfilment run all that much more smoothly so thank you. Additionally, we are now looking to lockdown address details in early June to give backers that little bit of extra time if they haven't already done so. However, sooner is always better so if you have yet to fill out your survey, we ask that you please do this as soon as possible in order to have your rewards shipped according to our early-mid June shipping schedule.
MANUFACTURING AND SHIPMENT TRACKING
Moving forward, we think you’ll be happy to know that production of the Cling nanoMATS has now begun! Due to the large quantity of mats ordered we expect this to be completed by early-mid June as mentioned above just in time for shipping. Once we are happy with the final performance and finish quality of the mats they will be sent to our fulfilment centre close by where they will be sorted and packed according to your pledge levels and add-on requests outlined in your surveys. Your rewards will then be shipped and the tracking numbers will be uploaded via Backerkit where you can view the status and location of your delivery. Again, additional information and instructions on tracking your delivery will be provided in a future update.
INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
On a side note we have now transferred our campaign over to Indiegogo for those who missed out on the Kickstarter campaign. For a slightly higher shipping price and later delivery than Kickstarter your friends and family can still get in on a great deal on our latest Cling nanoMATS! Hey Backers,
Continuing the trend of frequent updates we’d just like to inform you that the BackerKit surveys have now been released plus provide some further detail on survey FAQ’s and what to expect moving forward in regards to manufacturing and tracking your rewards.
SURVEYS RELEASED
Firstly, is the release of the BackerKit surveys that were recently sent out via email. As mentioned in the previous update we have partnered with ‘BackerKit’ to streamline the service and ensure the best possible experience for you, our backers. To complete them all you have to do is click the link attached in the email where you will then be taken to the BackerKit site to submit colour preferences, shipping information, purchase add-ons, and/or upgrade reward tiers when prompted.
Currently, approximately 60% of the surveys have now been completed and are ready for fulfilment which is outstanding news! We thank you for having your correct information entered so promptly. Please note that you may change your address details at any time up until manufacturing completion (TBA) so if you plan on moving to a new location or have made a mistake you still have time to enter/correct the details as needed. Do keep in mind that we are looking to lockdown address details towards the end of the May so any changes will need to be made before then. Lastly, as a reminder for those of you who have yet to fill out your survey, we ask that you please do this as soon as possible in order to have your rewards shipped according to our early/mid June shipping schedule.
Below are a few FAQ’s and the corresponding answers in relation to the surveys:

- Can I upgrade my reward level?
Yes. Simply click on the email link or that below which will take you to your backer account run by BackerKit. From there you will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to a higher pledge tier (small text below the main button) where payment can then be finalised using their services.

- What if I need to change my address?
Currently the survey deadline has been set for the end of May to allow for adequate time to submit your shipping information. If during this time you wish to change your address and have it shipped elsewhere you may do so by simply logging back in to your BackerKit account.

- I think there's something wrong with my pledge?
If you notice something is not as expected you can again message us directly on Kickstarter or submit a support request via email using the address below.

MANUFACTURING AND TRACKING YOUR REWARDS
Moving forward, we think you’ll be happy to know that the Cling nanoMAT mould numbers have now been finalised and will begin production shortly. Due to the large quantity of nanoMATS ordered we’re required to have additional moulds produced to keep up with the demand and expect this to be completed by mid May.
Shortly after, a small test batch of Cling nanoMATS will be produced for quality testing purposes. Once we are are happy with the final finish quality of the mats they will be sent to our fulfilment centre where they will be sorted and packed according to your pledge levels and add-on requests outlined in your surveys. Your rewards will then be shipped and the tracking numbers will be uploaded via BackerKit where you can view the status and location of your delivery. Please note additional information and instructions on tracking your delivery will be provided in a future update.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEW DISTRIBUTORS
During the past few weeks we have seen a huge boost in our social following and level of excitement surrounding our products! This has been incredible to see and has also helped us in securing additional placement with a number of new distributors around the world. We thank you all for your support and help in making our latest Cling nanoMATS our biggest release yet! Wow! How the time has flown by!
It seems like only just yesterday when we first revealed our original Cling nanoSTRIPS here on Kickstarter and now we’re already at the end of our second massively successful campaign for our latest Cling nanoMATS. It has been an absolutely incredible experience to what is now our biggest launch yet. Words cannot express how truly thankful we are for your help and support shown along the way so we thank you again for backing us and making this project possible!

CLEAR CLING nanoSTRIPS UNLOCKED
Moving forward, some of you may remember we briefly mentioned in our last update the idea of adding a stretch goal for the release of our super popular Cling nanoSTRIPS in a new clear colour option. Our original unofficial stretch goal was set at a funding target of 25k however, before we were able to finalise the numbers and calculations necessary for this to happen it seems this funding goal has quickly come and gone. Therefore, whilst there will be no offical stretch goal moving forward we are now super excited to inform all of you that the Clear Cling nanoSTRIPS colour option will now be made available as an add-on/option in the BackerKit survey once the campaign comes to a close.

BACKERKIT SURVEY UPDATE
In the days following the conclusion to this stage of our nanoMATS campaign we will be releasing the BackerKit surveys for your use in entering the appropriate shipping information, selecting the options associated with your particular reward tiers, adding extra nanoMATS and/or nanoSTRIPS to your order, and/or upgrading your reward tiers. For those of you who are unfamiliar with BackerKit surveys, we have teamed up with the friendly team from BackerKit to offer a more streamlined user experience and more responsive customer support. Please note that a dedicated and more detailed update will be made post campaign for your reference to help guide you through this process so please be on the lookout for that.

Dear backers,
You are amazing! With your help we have now smashed our original funding goal and are currently racing towards 400% funded! It is an absolutely amazing feeling to know that so many of you support our second project here on Kickstarter and are now helping us bring our latest creation to life. It is hard to put it into words how truly appreciative we really are but we would just like to say a massive thank you to the 370 backers who have shown their support so far. Whether you are a newbie or a returning backer we could not have done this without your help and we couldn't be more excited to get the Cling nanoMAT out and into your hands.
Moving forward, we just like to let you know that we’ve been in close communication with our manufacturing department and fulfilment warehouse overseas prepping them ahead of time to ensure all pledges are ready to be manufactured and shipped as promptly as possible according to our stringent design and quality standards. We’re absolutely ecstatic with how everything is going so far and will continue to keep you updated as we progress further.
STRETCH GOALS
As mentioned in the last update we have been looking at a number of stretch goals and after a lengthy discussion have decided to officially offer our original super popular Cling nanoSTRIPS in an all new clear colour option as the stretch goal moving forward. A seperate announcement providing more details on the funding target and how you can unlock this additional option will be made in the coming week so please keep a look out for that.
